Jacquelyn J. Tom

Jacquelyn "Jackie" J. Tom, 54, of Chandlersville, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2024, at Genesis Hospital, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer.

Jackie was born on July 1, 1970, in Zanesville, the beloved daughter of Harriet Fox of Duncan Falls and the late Jack R. Fox.

Jackie dedicated over 30 years in her career as a Physical Therapist at Genesis, where she touched countless lives. She cherished time spent with family and friends, enjoying camping trips, evenings by the fire pit, beach vacations, and traveling the country to support her daughters during their softball games.

Jackie is survived by her devoted husband of 30 years, Troy Tom, whom she married on October 22, 1994; her two daughters, Reagan (Zach Johnson) Tom and Corin Tom; and a grandson, John Brooks Johnson, expected to arrive in February. She is also survived by her sister, Renee (Brooke) Fox and their daughter; Her Mother-in-Law, Nancy Tom; Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tracy (Teresa) Tom, Chris (Christy) Tom, Bridget Tom, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack R. Fox; her brother, Dustin Fox; and her brother-in-law, Bill Tom.

Visitations are 4 to 7 PM on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jamie Harrop officiating.  Jackie will be laid to rest in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
