Harley White

Harley D. “Buster” White, 71 of Thornville, passed away unexpectedly at Licking Memorial Health System in Newark on July 20, 2022.

Harley was born on April 6, 1951 in Zanesville.  He is the son of the late Harley D. and Bernice (Reedy) White.  Harley was a veteran of the Marine Corps and a retired truck driver.  He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, golfing, and doing woodworking projects.  He also loved spending time with his fur babies Bailey and Rocky.

In addition to his fur babies, Buster is survived by his special love, Carolyn Harlow; his son, Shane (Brenda) White of McConnelsville; his step daughter, Nikki Kirk; his brother, Scott White; his grandchildren, Seth, and Brandon White, Nate, Jacob and Daxxon Harlow, and Angel and Nick Phelps; one niece, several nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents, Harley is preceded in death by his son Billy, his sister, Debbie (Rick) Riggle, and Christina (Clark) Gorby.

In keeping with Busters wishes, a caring cremation will take place and a celebration of his life will take place at a later date.  The Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is caring for the White family.
