George M. Bobb

CHANDLERSVILLE: George M. Bobb, 69 of Chandlersville passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House.
George was born January 30, 1946 in Crooksville, the son of the late Fred and Leona (Wickham) Bobb. He worked as an over the road truck driver; he was an avid outdoors man who loved to fish; he was a member of the VFW, and he served his country in the US Army.
George is survived by his daughters Alisha (Kyle) Ault of Chandlersville and Judy (Chuck) Finzel of Columbus; his brothers Robert (Misty) Bobb, Eddie Bobb and Fred (Josephine) Bobb and his sisters Eloise Cunningham and Betty (Mike) Foraker and his best friend Doug Griggs.
In addition to his parents, George is preceded in death by his sisters Gladys Elson and Dorothy Jean LaGrange and her brother Albert Bobb.
Visitations will be held 11 to 1 pm on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be held with Pastor James Miller officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Chandlersville Cemetery.
