Frank E. Ihinger, 69 of Roseville, passed away on April 9, 2016 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.
Frank was born in Columbus, OH on June 12, 1946 the son of the late Floyd and Mary Ihinger. He worked for the Ohio Ferro Alloy in Philo and he retired from Higbys in New Lexington. He was a member of the American Legion Post #71 in Roseville and he served his country in the US Navy.
Frank is survived by his children Tamala Ihinger of Philo, Eddie Ihinger of Philo and Heather Ihinger of Roseville; his granddaughter Samantha Richmond; his brother Terry (Joann) Ihinger of Roseville, his sister Carolyn (Pug) Baker of Cannelville, a sister-in-law Gina Ihinger of Roseville, a special niece Carrie “Podge” and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his brother Charles Ihinger.
A memorial graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery at the graveside on Wednesday at noon with Pastor Marc Caton officiating. He will be laid to rest in Rose Hill Cemetery in Roseville with full military honors provided by Roseville American Legion.
A celebrations of his life will be held immediatly following the graveside service at the American Legion in Roseville.
