Eric M. Grubb

August 29, 1978 — March 25, 2025

Eric M. Grubb, 46, of Chandlersville, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2025, at Genesis Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Zanesville on August 29, 1978, Eric was the son of Gary and Diana (Parry) Grubb.

Eric was a 1996 graduate of John Glenn High School and a man of unwavering faith. He loved God deeply. He was baptized at his home church, the Anchor Church in Cambridge, Ohio, and loved attending his Tuesday prayer group.

Family was the heart of Eric’s world. He cherished time with his wife and children, especially enjoying family game nights and playing cornhole. He was an avid outdoorsman who found joy in hunting, fishing, and he loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles.  He was always tinkering of fixing something. Eric also loved traveling, with Florida being one of his favorite destinations where he loved going deep sea fishing, and he never passed up a good yard sale, auction, or flea market.

A hardworking man, Eric made his living as a farmer and was known for his big heart and willingness to help anyone in need. His kindness, generosity, and love for life left an impact on all who knew him.

Eric is survived by his devoted wife, Stacy (Grant) Grubb, whom he married on October 30, 2016; his children, Zoey Grubb, Caden, and Payton Keister; his parents, Gary and Diana (Parry) Grubb; his brother, Kevin Grubb; sister-in-law, Tiffany; brother-in-law, Casey; and his best friends, Brad, Chad, Darrin, and Brian, who were like brothers to him. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and countless cherished friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bill and Erma Parry, and his paternal grandparents, Bill and Virginia Grubb.

In honor of Eric’s memory, contributions may be made to the ALS Foundation at www.als.org/get-involved/ways-give.

A caring cremation will take place, and a celebration of Eric’s life will be held at a later date.

The Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is honored to care for the Grubb family.
