Elizabeth Ann Archer Archer Norman Neff, 90 formerly of Duncan Falls, passed away peacefully at her daughter’s residence on December 13, 2015.
Ann was born in McConnelsville on February 13, 1925 the daughter of the late George and Amanda (Howell) Archer. She was the owner of the Duncan Falls Dairy Queen for 56 years. During WWII she assisted the war effort by working as a secretary for a colonel. She was a previous member of the Olive Branch OES #251; and she enjoyed painting, knitting and playing the piano.
Ann is survived by her daughter Beth (Thomas) Laurent of Pataskala and Kathryn Norman of Plain City; her grandchildren David Laurent, Evan Norman, Nicole Norman, Erika (Jason) Zavar and Matthew (Kadie) Meadows; her step granddaughter Shala; her great grandchildren Hunter Laurent and Isaac Zavar and her step grandchildren Michael and Dara White.
Ann is preceded in death by her first husband Edwin B.C. Norman who passed away in 1970 and her second husband Morgan “Lee” Neff who passed away in 1999; her son Eric Norman and her two sisters Marion Sturtz and June Hartman.
Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 7 pm Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 11 am Friday with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Duncan Falls Cemetery.
