Eileen Teal

Eileen Burchfield Teal, 86, of Blue Rock, passed away Monday, October 20, 2014 at Highland Oaks Care Center in McConnelsville. Eileen was born February 24, 1928 in Taplin, WV the daughter of the late Harry and Effie (McDonald) Burchfield. She was a member of the Duncan Falls Baptist Church and she recently attended The Shelter House Assembly of God Church in Blue Rock. Eileen is survived by her four grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Eileen is preceded in death by her husband Charles Teal who passed away June 17, 1996; her son John Rupe; her brothers William, Donald, Kenny, Paul, Austin, Henry and Gerald Burchfield; her sisters Goldie Lyons, Helen Burchfield, Minnie Burchfield and Mary Burchfield. Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, where funeral services will be 11 am Thursday with Pastor Joe Rolland officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Duncan Falls Cemetery. www.farusfh.com
