Douglas Kiplinger, 61, of Cambridge passed away on February 18th, 2019 while in the care of the South Eastern Medical Center. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 15, 1957. He is in the care of the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord, a care-filled cremation will take place.
