Donella “Donnie” Hulboy, of Cambridge, Ohio, passed away August 19th, 2026, at her home.

She was born July 16, 1946, in Cambridge, a daughter of the late Edwin DeVore and Garnet (Huff) DeVore.

Donnie was preceded in death by her husband, Dustin Hulboy; her parents; and her siblings, Emma Jo Webb, Monna Beynon, Arlene Starr, James “Jim” DeVore, Robert “Bob” DeVore, Paul “Pete” DeVore, and Roger DeVore.

She is survived by her son, Chad (Jenny) Hulboy; her daughter, Ashley (Adam) Ellison; her grandchildren, Josh (Julia) Hulboy, Kylie (Diego) Ramirez Vachier, and Piper Ellison; her brothers, Gary (Mary) DeVore and Richard DeVore; her sisters, Karen (Jim) Ferguson and Manola “Nolie” Burton; her brothers-in-law, Jeff Hulboy and Brett (Ann Clift) Hulboy; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

Donnie had a love for antiques and enjoyed collecting pieces that caught her eye over the years. She also loved spending time outdoors working in her yard, tending to her flowers and enjoying the beauty they brought to her home.

Above all, Donnie loved her family and the time she spent with those closest to her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her children, grandchildren, family, and friends.

A private service will be held by the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Secret Santa of Guernsey County.
