Dixie Lee Jones

Dixie Lee Jones, 78 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2018 at Adams Lane Care Center.

Dixie was born in Zanesville on October 28, 1939.  She is the daughter of the late Myrtle Farmer.  She previously worked for Essix Wire on Linden and she previously served as a Sunday School Teacher.

Dixie is survived her three children, Vickie Miller, William Richard Jones Jr and Dusty Stephen Jones all of Zanesville and her several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her mother, Dixie is preceded in death by her son Rusty Lee Jones, her grandchildren, Kimberly Miller and Jacob Jones, her great grandson Justen Miller and her infant sister Betty Lou Farmer.

Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm, Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, where funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday with Pastor Marc Caton officiating.  She will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery.
