Denise A Knowlton

Denise Knowlton, 59, of New Concord passed away suddenly while in the loving presence of her family, while in her home on Wednesday, January 11th, 2017.  She was born in Washington, PA on October 11th, 1957 to Carl and Gloria Manni.  Denise enjoyed shopping and going on family vacations, most especially when she went to the Florida keys.  She was a loving wife and devoted mother, and she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.  She loved to cook and bake with them.

Denise is survived by her husband, Bill Knowlton, her sons, Blaine Knowlton and Blaze (Christina) Knowlton, her grandchildren, Ava and Addison Knowlton, her mother, Gloria Manni, her sister, Carla (Tim)  Acklin, Brother, Carl Manni, and sister, Jana Diamond.  She also leaves to mourn her Sister-in-law, Debbie (Craig) Ivanic, brother-in-law, Mike (Natalie) Knowlton, Sister-in-law, Tammy (Jeff) Matthews, and brother-in-law, Robert Knowlton.  She is preceded in death by her father, her father and mother-in-law, Bill and Norma Knowlton, and her niece, Audrey Knowlton.

Friends and family are welcome to attend Calling Hours for Denise at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord on Monday, January 16th from 4 to 8PM.  Services will follow on Tuesday the 17th at the funeral home at 11AM.  Burial will take place at the New Concord Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
