Debra L. Loy

Debra L. Loy, 57, of Duncan Falls, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, October 25, 2024, at Genesis Hospice, Morrison House, surrounded by her loving family.

Debbie was born on January 30, 1967, in Zanesville to Lewis and Janet (Brown) Dickson. She previously attended the First Assembly of God Church in Zanesville and was a devoted member of Cornerstone Full Gospel Church in Duncan Falls. She worked for Ag Pro in Zanesville and loved gardening, tending to her flowers, and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and granddaughter.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 32 years, Jeff Loy, whom she married on May 23, 1992; her children, Rachel L. (Chris) Rice, Michael (Kristen) Loy, and Christopher (Victoria) Loy; her cherished grandchildren, Alison, Kayden, Autumn, and Harmony; her aunt, Wanda Lucas; her uncle Dana (Florence) Dickson; and several beloved cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father and her uncle Lawrence (Dorothy) Dickson.

Friends and family are invited to visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Cornerstone Full Gospel Church, 4509 Salt Creek Drive, Duncan Falls, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m., officiated by Pastor Steve Harrop. Debbie will be laid to rest at Duncan Falls Cemetery. The Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is honored to care for the Loy family.
