David R. Work

David R. Work, 60 of Blue Rock, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Genesis Hospital CCU.
David was born March 1, 1955 in Zanesville the son of the late Willie and Elsie (Dozer) Work. He was an avid fisherman and hunter; he previously worked for various oil field companies, Harrison Township and most recently for Local 18 as a heavy equipment operator until he was diagnosed with M.S.
David is survived by his wife of 39 years, Linda (Komaromy) Work whom he married September 7, 1975; his brother Jim (Carolyn) Work of Winchester OH and Ron Work of Blue Rock; his sisters Ellen Kiles of New Concord, Sue (Mike) Taylor of Zanesville and Janet Novaria of Roseville.
In addition to his parents, Dave is preceded in death by his brother in laws Gary Novaria and John Klies.
Visitations will be 12 to 2 pm Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 2 pm with Pastor Steve Smith officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Duncan Falls Cemetery.
