Clyde B. Donohue
January 21, 1939 — January 20, 2016
Clyde B. Donohue, 77, of Blue Rock, went to be with the Lord on January 20, 2016 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. Clyde was born on January 21st, 1939 in Roane County, West Virginia, the son of the late William and Nettie (Parsons) Donohue.
Clyde retired in 2000 from Gould Manufacturing after 35 years of dedicated work. He attended the Shelter House Assembly of God Church of Blue Rock, and was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to all who knew him.
Clyde is survived by his wife of 54 years, Alice (Clark) Donohue whom he married March 31, 1961; his children Rhonda (Duane) Parcell of Caldwell and Larry (Carla) Donohue of Blue Rock; his daughter in law Connie Donohue of Blue Rock; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Clyde is preceded in death by his son, Clark W. Donohue, who passed away in 2008, as well as a daughter, Debbie Caldwell, who passed away in 2009, and his 10 brothers and sisters.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Friday, January 22, 2016 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, with funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 pm with Pastor Joe Rolland officiating. He will be laid to rest in Union Hill Cemetery.
