Charles "Chuck" F. Roberts

Charles “Chuck” F. Roberts, 71 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully at his home at 7:57 AM on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.

Born March 1, 1954, in Belle Valley, Chuck was the son of Maxine (Bond) Roberts and the late Charles Roberts. He spent over 35 years working at Arrow Plastics and later served as a home health aide for Genesis, where he continued his lifelong commitment to caring for others.

Chuck had a passion for gardening and was known for his green thumb. He also loved to cook, often delighting his family with homemade treats. Above all, Chuck cherished time with his family—his favorite moments were spent playing Penuckle on Sundays with his mother and being involved in the lives of his beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his mother, Maxine Roberts; his children, Sherry Williams, Sandra Harlan, Rodney (Sharon) Gibs, Dora (Bryan) Warne, and Rocky Williams; his nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and his siblings, Marilyn (Dennis) Brown, Dave (Margaret) Roberts, Eugene Roberts, and Carl Roberts. Chuck is also remembered fondly by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Charles Roberts; his loving wife of fifty years, Sarah Roberts; his granddaughter, Erin Williams; and his brothers, Gary Roberts and Randy Roberts.

Visitations for Chuck will be from 11 AM to 1 PM on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls. A funeral service will follow visitations at 1 PM. Pastor Dylan Gibs will officiate the service.
