Cathy E. Mcdaniel

Cathy E. McDaniel, 74, of Philo, passed away at her home on December 27, 2024.

Born on August 28, 1950, in Blue Rock, she was the daughter of the late Delbert “Red” McDaniel and Clairbel (Sevall) McDaniel. Cathy led a fulfilling life, working at Wendy’s Bakery, ITT Automotive, and the Avon Company.

She found joy in horseback riding, cheering for the Cleveland Browns, and riding motorcycles. Cathy treasured time spent with her family and friends, especially her beloved cat, Pink.

Cathy is survived by her nephew, Ian Lewis; her niece, Marty (Scott) Lewis; and her special friends Shala Clements, Cooper Valentine, Mark Hyatt, and Kevin Amspaugh.

A gathering of friends will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 Sunday January 19, 2025 at the Masonic Temple, 238 Mound Road, Duncan Falls.  A celebration of life will be held at 3 pm. Pastor Lisa Jenkins will officiate. The Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is honored to care for the McDaniel family.
