Cathy Ann Carpenter

Cathy Ann Roseberry Carpenter, 73 of Philo passed away peacefully on September 4, 2020 at the Oaks at Northpointe in Zanesville.

Cathy was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 15, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Oscar and Barbara (Mulligan) Roseberry. She was an LPN and enjoyed working at several Nursing Homes. Cathy loved animals especially her cats.

Cathy is survived by her two sons, Jon Ward of Enon, Ohio and James “Doug” Ward of Illinois, her four sisters, Deborah D. Rohde of Philo, who she live with, Tonya Scurlock of Westerville, Ohio, Tamara Sue Verma of Columbus, and Virginia I. Williamson of Katy, TX, as well as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID there will be no visitations and a caring cremation has taken place. If you would like to make a memorial contribution in Cathy’s honor, please consider the Animal Shelter Society of Muskingum County. Farus Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of the family.
