Carol N. Pack, 85 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully at Genesis Hospice on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, with her loving family by her side.

Carol was born on February 2, 1940, in Columbus. She is the daughter of the late Narvel and Winona (Rhoads) Smith. Carol retired in 1996 after a career as a Clerical Supervisor with ODOT. Outside of work, she had a variety of passions that brought her joy. Carol loved crocheting, cooking, and embarking on cruises to explore new destinations. She had a keen eye for collecting butterflies and Precious Moments figurines, and was a devoted NASCAR fan. Carol was also a member of the High Hills Sportsman Club.

Carol is survived by her husband of forty years, Roger L. Pack, whom she married on July 27, 1985; her three step-sons, who she loved like her own children, Robert Tucker Jr., Lee (Renee) Pack, and Jeffrey Pack; her grandchildren, Robert Tucker III, Ryan Pack, Randy Pack, Ranger Pack, and Jaimee (Nate) Sanders; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her siblings, Frederick Smith, Norma Pack, and Karen McGlamery

Visitations will be held from 2 PM to 5 PM on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls. No funeral service will follow, and a caring cremation will take place.
