Obituary

Barbara Eve Noland-Pannell, age 59, of Clermont, FL, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2026. She was born in Zanesville, OH on July 6, 1966, to Barbara (nee Crawford) Noland-Ruble and the late James Noland.

Barb grew up in New Concord, OH graduating from John Glenn High School in 1984, where she was a member of the Glenn Tones, a performing arts group, from her sophomore year until she graduated. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management in 2008 and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2011. She obtained her Certification as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2016.

Barb worked in the field of Talent Acquisition for many years. She started at Randstad Sourceright US as a Senior Contract/RPO Recruiter. She progressively advanced her career becoming a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Mount Carmel Health System, Columbus, OH. After moving to Florida, she worked at Orlando Health as a Senior Recruiter, then Human Resource Business Partner, then Manager of Talent Acquisition. She moved to the University of Florida Health System as a Divisional Director of Talent Acquisition and then advanced to become their Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Management.

Barb was an active supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. In her free time, she enjoyed singing, relaxing on the pontoon, and Family Game Night especially Dominoes & Canasta. At home she enjoyed her fur babies Max, Sandee, and Derby. Barb had the ability to light up a room just by entering it with her infectious smile and engaging personality. She was loved by all who knew her.

In addition to her mother, Barb is survived by her loving husband Joseph Kevin Pannell; daughter, Morgan Noland; step-children, Benjamin (Hannah) Pannell and Jessica Korwin; grandchildren, Liam Pannell, Liliana Pannell, Ezekiel Pannell, Hudson Pannell, Gemma Korwin, Noah Korwin, and Eve Korwin; and brother, James (Brenda) Noland, Nephew Dakota Noland and Niece Lacy (Preston) Wood. Barbara was preceded in death by her father.

Services are pending.
