Baby Perrin, became an angel on April 25, 2015 at Genesis Hospital.
The baby is survived by his mommy Latosha Perrin and daddy Chad Perrin, three sisters and three brothers; maternal grandparents Pamela Goldsmith and Ronald Willett; paternal grandparents Theresa Nichols and Rick Ridenhour; maternal great-grandparents Ronald Willett Sr. and Sally Stevens.
Baby Perrin is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Carol and William Perrin and maternal grandparents Robert and Patricia Mumma.
A memorial service will be held and the dates will be posted soon.
