Anne F. Toscano, 62 of Dublin, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital.

She was born on April 3, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois, a daughter of the late Walter and Mary Ann (Becker) Fitzsimmons.

Anne dedicated her life to caring for others, working in a variety of medical assistant roles. While she found purpose in helping people, one of her most beloved jobs was working part-time at Pet Palace, where she played with puppies all day long. She had a big heart for animals and loved caring and comforting every furry friend she met.

She had a wonderful imagination and a goofy sense of humor that could bring a smile to anyone’s face. Anne loved making others laugh and turning ordinary moments into cherished memories.

Anne’s family was the center of her life. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt whose warmth and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

Anne is survived by her beloved husband of forty-one years, Frank Toscano, whom she married on June 30, 1985; her two daughters, Laura Toscano and Megan (Matt) Lahmers; her precious grandchildren, Isabella Gotti, Ellie Anne Lahmers, Dominic Mueller, and her fur-baby, Gracie; her sister, Kathleen (Joseph) Lang; her niece, Jessica (Treaver) Millard; as well as several cousins and countless friends.

In addition to her parents, Anne is preceded in death by her sister, Mary Eileen Toscano.

Friends and family may visit from 1 PM to 3 PM on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM officiated by her sister, Chaplain Kathleen Lang.
