Andrew Lee Bennett

Andrew Lee "Andy" Bennett, 25 of Zanesville passed away at his residence, Friday, December 6, 2013. Andy was born October 16, 1988 in Pontiac MI, the son of Rick and Kathie (Gray) Bennett of Duncan Falls. He previously worked for AK Steel as security / EMT; he also worked for Mid-Ohio Ambulance and he served on the Harrison Township Emergency squad in Philo. He was a very talented musician and could play several different instruments and he could always been seen driving around in his 1980 Pontiac Firebird. Andy is survived by his parents Rick and Kathie (Gray) Bennett of Duncan Falls; his brothers Branden, Dustin and Eric Bennett; a sister Cara Bennett; his maternal grandmother Rosemary Gray of McConnelsville; his paternal grandmother Linda Hager and his paternal step-grandmother Carol Bennett; his uncle Jeff (Laura) Gray and his aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. Andy is preceded in death by his grandfather Carl Robert Bennett and his great-grandmother Marguerite Bennett. A memorial service will be held 11 am Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls with Pastor Tim Alexander officiating.
