Aaron J. Phillips

Aaron J. Phillips, 37 passed away at Genesis Hospital CCU on August 12, 2020.

Aaron was born in Mansfield, Ohio on January 24, 1983.  He enjoyed working with his hands, and was known as a ‘jack of all trades’.  He worked as a welder and he had a big heart. He wanted to help everyone that he could, he loved his family, his friends, and the Lord.

Aaron is survived by his mother, Beth Grandstaff; his step-father, Robert Taylor; his father and Matthew Phillips; his brother Ronnie Phillips; his son, Everett Jason ‘E.J.’ Phillips; his step-children, Kayleb Ford, Kaitlyn Anderson and Abbie Quinn; his aunt, Tammy Vanderkooi; his cousins, Cheryl Ann Grandstaff, Christopher Grandstaff and Carol Vanderkooi; his maternal grandfather, Ronald 'Granny' Grandstaff and Peggy Smith, and his paternal grandmother, Jean Witt.

Aaron is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Carol Grandstaff; his great-grandmother, Lela Burkett and his paternal grandfather, John Wayne Phillips.
