Philip A. Saloma

Philip A. Saloma, 63 of Duncan Falls passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday, March 28, 2017 while under the care of Genesis Hospice at the Morrison House in Zanesville.

Philip was born in California along the banks of the San Joaquin River.  He previously worked on a shrimp boat and then for Sous Brothers Boating in Booking, Calfornia where he captained his own boat. He served the Universal Life Church as a minister and he served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War.

Philip is survived by the love of his life Linda K. Joseph of Duncan Falls and his three daughters, Felicia Scearce, Rachel Davis and Theodora Saloma.

In addition to his parents, Philip is preceded in death by his son Joaquin Saloma and his brothers and sisters.

In keeping with his wishes, The Farus Funeral Home is entrusted with providing a caring cremation.  No services will be observed at this time.
