Myrtle E. Dayton

Myrtle E. Dayton, 89 of Zanesville, passed away on June 10, 2015 at her residence.

Myrtle is survived by five of her six children, William (Mary) McCormick, Richard (Carol) Dayton, Robert Dayton, Deborah Talley and David Dayton, five grandchildren, Michael ( Krista) Brooks, Richard Russell, Ann (Jason) Hammond, Amy Dunkle, Dana (James) Simmons; five great-grandchildren, Megan and Abigail Brooks, Lydia Hammond, Kelly and Merlin Simmons; one brother, Norman Allen; several nieces and nephews. 

Myrtle is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years William Dayton; one son, Norman; her parents, Lewis and Martha Allen; four sisters, Beula Allen, Eula Flowers, Louella Krouskopf, Bernice Studer; one brother, Herman Allen; and a special brother-in-law Marion Dayton. 

An outside funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, July 15, 2017 in the Duncan Falls Cemetery.  The Farus Funeral Home has been entrusted with service arrangements.
