Judith French, of New Concord was called home to the Lord on Friday, December 21st, 2018 while in the care of the Wexner Center. She was born July 9, 1937 in Morrisville, PA to Elverton and Edith Bushnell. Judith was a very special woman with a fabulous personality who was loved by all that knew her, she was a loving wife, a caring mother, and a cherished friend. Judy loved spending time with her family and cooking delicious food for them. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, doing puzzles, and playing computer card games. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, James French, their two daughters, Sandy (Ed) Fyock and Candy (Greg) Wright, their grandchildren, Jamie (Brandon) Reigle, John D. (Melissa) Matchett, Bobby G. Kyser, Jr., step grandchildren, Nikki (Joel) Quintanilla, Tara (Kenneth) Hupp, and Tiffany and Alan Wright, 14 great-grandchildren, her sister, Barbara Gallo, and her brother, Ellsworth Bushnell, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may attend calling hours for Judith at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord on Wednesday, December 26th from 9 to 11am. Services will begin at 11AM, with Pastor Gerry Wade officiating. Burial will follow at the Adamsville cemetery.
