Joseph Wycoff

Joseph Allen “Joe” Wycoff passed away in the early morning hours Monday, May 21, 2018 while in the care of The James Cancer Hospital of Columbus, he was 65 years old. Joe was born in Zanesville, Ohio on January 12, 1953 to Wayne and Kathryn (Aitken) Wycoff. Joe worked in car sales for the past 20 years; prior to that he worked in oil and gas. Joe was an active man who enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing cards, and rooting for Ohio State. He was without question a huge sports enthusiast, and he belonged to the Elks of Cambridge, the Cambridge Country Club, the Westland Workers, and was active with the Westland 4-H.
Joe is survived by his wife, Maryann (Gress) Wycoff, whom he married on October 31, 1975, his son, Chad Allen (Jennifer) Wycoff, his grandchildren, Logan and Evan Wycoff, his sister, Kathy Hess, brother, Dal Wycoff, brother, John (Jo) Wycoff, his aunt, Jean Englehard, as well as several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Stefany Lenae Wycoff, who passed in 1987, and his brothers, Bill Wycoff and Chuck Wycoff.
Per his wishes a comforting and care-filled cremation will take place. Farus Funeral Home of New Concord is helping the family with Joseph's care.
