Amanda D. Williams, 43 of Zanesville, passed away on March 26, 2019 at Genesis Hospital following a brief illness.
Amanda was born in Zanesville on April 19, 1975. She is the daughter of the late Walter “Kite” and Judith (Mendenhall) McPeak. She previously worked as an STNA and a home health care worker. She was a member of the Trulight Ministries Church on Putnam Avenue and an avid cat lover and a friend to all who knew her.
Amanda is survived by her husband, Rocky “Joey” Williams Jr. whom she married August 31, 2006; her two sons, Shane McPeak of Zanesville and Nash (Ariana) Bender of Coshocton; her grandson, Landon Bender; her two sisters, Deborah Ward and Penny Robinson; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Charles “Chuck” and Sarah Roberts; her in-laws, Rodney Gibbs, Sherry Williams, Sandy Harlan, Dora Gibbs-Warne.
In addition to her parents, Amanda is preceded in death by her sister, Cynthia McPeak and a sister-in-law, Erin Williams.
In keeping with her wishes, a caring cremation is entrusted to the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Please make memorial contributions in Amanda’s name to help with expenses, c/o CNB, PO Box 423, Duncan Falls, Ohio 43734.
