Richard E. Carsey II

Richard E. “Ricky” Carsey II, 30 of Zanesville, passed away unexpectedly on November 11, 2018.

Ricky was born in Zanesville on December 10, 1987.  He is the son of Penny Carsey of Zanesville and the late Richard E. Carsey.  He previously worked for Dingey Movers and for Saup-Hartley Roofing Heating and Air.  He was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He loved dirt track racing, spending time in the outdoors hunting and fishing, and most important he loved his two boys!

Ricky is survived by his mother, Penny Carsey; the mother of his children, Randi Bruce; his two boys, Richard E. Carsey III and Ryder M. Carsey; his sisters, Misty Carsey, Heather (Andy) Stansberry, Trisha (Tim) Wood, Nicole Wells, Jessica (Robert) Shields; his brother, Brandon Wells; many nieces and nephews; a great-nephew; his special cousins, Gregory Joseph, Anthony Joseph, Michael Carsey, Brandy Carsey and many others; his two aunts, Brenda (Greg) Joseph and Mary Ellen (Raymond) Lawson and his uncle, Mike (Brenda) Carsey.

In addition to his father, Ricky is preceded in death by his Uncle Terry Carsey; his paternal grandparents, Merv and Mary Lou Carsey.

Visitations will be from 1 to 4 pm on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls and a gathering of friends will follow at the Lazy River Lounge.
