Timothy HOP Hopper

Timothy “Hop” Allen Hopper, 59, passed away on Saturday, February 17th, 2018 at Genesis Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on April 17, 1958 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Seymour and Emma (Haines) Hopper.  Hop was a fan of the Cleveland Browns, the Ohio State Buckeyes, loved the outdoors and going fishing.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Shane (Sara) Hopper of Coshocton, and Scott (Margaret) Hopper of Zanesville; he will be missed by his grandchildren, Jordan, Kaylee, Jaiden, Emma, Sydney, Brooklyn, Savannah, and Natalie, his great-grandchildren, Kimoni and Khidyn, the mother of his children, Brenda Hopper, his ex-wife, Crystal Reed, and his special friend, Becky; as well as his sisters, Debbie (Chet) Hiles of Roseville, and Barbara Young of Zanesville and numerous friends and family. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, his son, Shawn Eric Hopper and his brothers, Francis Wilson and Bob Hopper.

A celebration of Hop’s life will take place at a later date, his family is being cared for by the Farus Funeral home of Duncan Falls.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Hopper Fund care of CNB, PO Box 423, Duncan Falls, Ohio 43734.
