Our sympathies are with your family. Our dad is unable to attend. We have fond memories of Uncle Robert. He always had a smile and a twinkle in his eye and was finding something to tease someone about.

Our condolences.
I remember Robert being the best man in my wedding and I was the best man at his wedding in the backyard of Annie's parents' home.
After a day's work in the mine, he loved to repair old cars to unwind and then talk about how expensive it was to buy the parts.

I saw his picture on the wall of a building and it wasn't at the post office. Robert's photo is at Miners' Park.

Dad, Gary, Robert, and I were milking cows in the summer. Gary was telling Dad about the really good fly spray that Straw Paisley used. Robert said with a laugh that Straw gets on the cows and sweeps the flies off. Robert always liked to tease people.
All of us will miss you.
Your brother,
Lee

I offer my thoughts and prayers to Robert's entire family. His sister Phyllis used to invite me to the country home in Cumberland when we were in college together...and I remember Robert so well being a bit ornery, with a huge smile and a lot of laughter. This was way back in the 50's...but the memories will always be there. RIP Robert. Love, Leah Parks, Seattle, WA

The best Uncle a girl could ask for. At about 9 he was my first dance partner at "Meigs". We will miss him and forever hold memories dear. Sympathies to Aunt Annie, David, Kissy & Conner David.
