E. Virginia Evans

Enid Virginia Evans, 92 formerly of Duncan Falls, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2018 at Adams Lane Care Center while under the care of Genesis Hospice.

Virginia was born in Chesterhill on December 14, 1925.  She is the daughter of the late Harry and Edith Ridgley.  She was an avid game player including bingo, yahtzee, card games as well as coloring and doing puzzles.  She loved to share her pictures with anyone who enjoyed them and her home was always open to those she cared about.

Virginia is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Sharon) Evans, Karen (Sarah Livengood) Hipsher and Lori Severt; her 5 grandchildren Maria, Noah, Brandon, Robbie and Sasha; her one great-granddaughter Jazmyn and her brother Glenn.

In addition to her parents, Virginia is preceded in death by her husband Herbert Evans, who passed away in 1987 and her three brothers Wendell, Paul, and Dana.

Visitations will be 10 am to noon on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls.  Funeral Services will be held at noon with Pastor Webster Cox officiating.
