Fred W. VanFossen Jr.

Fred W. VanFossen Jr., 61 of Chandlersville, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, June 25, 2017 while under the care of Genesis Hospice at the Morrison House.

Fred was born in Zanesville on May 23, 1956.  He is the son of the late Fred W and Betty M. (Bickford) VanFossen.  He had a love of automobiles and driving in the derby.

Fred is survived by his children Alicia (J.C.) Sweeney, Kayla (Glenn Shaw) Schriner, Robert Schriner and Kiyla (Aaron Anderson) Schriner; his grandchildren, Christopher, Devin, Alex, Trinidee, Vanessa, Dakota, Hunner and Jordynn; his siblings, Janet (Marion) Milstead, Tam Stewart, Bonnie VanFossen and Ruth Stewart; his brother, Jeff VanFossen and special friends Lynnette and Brittany.

Friends and family are welcome to attend calling hours from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be held 11am Wednesday with Herb Perry officiating.
